This exceptional quality organic extra virgin olive oil, or organic EVOO, is light and fruity. It is produced by Barral, a company created in 1883 in Nice, on the french Riviera. Today Barral still specialises in the production of olives from Provence, of olive oil from Provence and of other typically Provencal specialties such as tapenade and Pistou.
